VPP Rolling Mini-Grants Now Available

Chester County is excited to share a new funding opportunity for municipal planning — the new Rolling Mini-Grants, a part of the county's Vision Partnership Program!
This program is available to individual Chester County municipalities (not multi-municipal) who are looking to quickly implement specific CCPC municipal outreach initiatives that implement Landscapes3. This includes:
- Expanding the network of open space
- Guiding local solar ordinances
- Protecting natural resources
- Addressing the housing affordability crisis
- Encouraging ag-friendly communities
- Expanding mobility options
- Creating complete streets
- Preserving historic villages
The mini-grants have a maximum cash award value of $10,000 and must be completed within a one year timeframe.
