Regional Energy Access Expansion Project
This project is an expansion of Transco's existing natural gas transmission system that will enable Transco to provide additional year round transportation capacity from the Marcellus Shale production area in the Northeastern PA to multiple delivery points along Transco's existing infrastructure. In Chester County, the project consists of modifications to the existing compressor station, located in East Whiteland Township. In other portions of the system it will involve additional pipes, a new compressor station, and modifications to existing pipeline tie-ins. This project is currently under construction and is an expansion of Williams' existing infrastructure to serve the Northeast region by the 2024 winter heating season

Energy Transfer Pennsylvania Access Project
This project will utilize the existing Mariner East 1 (8-inch) line across a span from Westmoreland County through to Berks County. This line will begin flowing refined products, from west to east, and is anticipated to be in service by the end of 2020. It will have the capacity to provide 20-25,000 barrels of refined products per day. At this time, there are no plans to use the Chester County portion of the line.

Williams Transco Pipeline Northeast Supply Enhancement Project
This project is proposed to meet the increasing demand for natural gas in the northeast. Within Chester County, work will be limited to the installation of an electric compressor station at Station 200 in East Whiteland Township. Approximately 35 miles of new pipeline is proposed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York waters along with an additional compressor station in Somerset County, New Jersey.

PennEast Pipeline
As proposed, this pipeline will cross through the following counties: Luzerne, Carbon, Northampton and Bucks Counties in Pennsylvania, and Hunterdon and Mercer Counties in New Jersey. It will be a new, 108-mile, 36-inch diameter pipeline and will deliver 1 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day (enough to heat 4.7 million homes). PennEast is planning to co-locate 50% of the pipeline within existing right of ways.

Texas Eastern/Spectra Energy Marcellus to Market
Inactive
The main goal of the M2M Project is to increase capacity from Texas Eastern's existing Lambertville Station (Hunterdon County, NJ) to Eagle Station (Chester County, PA) while allowing for operational flexibility to manage changing flow directions due to increased receipts at Lambertville Station. Project activity in Chester County would occur at the existing Meter and Regulating (M&R) Station in East Vincent Township and the existing Eagle Station in Upper Uwchlan Township.

White Oak Mainline Expansion
This project is comprised of approximately 7.2 miles of 16 inch diameter pipeline looping and appurtenant facilities in Chester County and 3,550 horsepower of additional compression at the existing Delaware City Compressors Station in New Castle County, DE. The proposed route will use a combination or existing right-of-way and, in some areas, the purchase of easements for facilities or temporary work spaces for construction activities will be needed.

Adelphia Gateway/New Jersey Resources Adelphia Gateway
The Adelphia Gateway project will repurpose the remaining 50 miles of an existing 84-mile pipeline in southeastern Pennsylvania from oil to natural gas. The northern 34 miles of the pipeline — extending from western Bucks County to Martins Creek Terminal in Northampton County — were converted to deliver natural gas in 1996.
