Meet our Executive Director

As the face of the Chester County Planning Commission, our Executive Director, Brian O'Leary, plays many key roles that contribute to the success of the organization. Some of these roles include the implementation of Landscapes3, and helping to administer the Planning Commission's three boards — the Planning Commission Board, the Environmental and Energy Advisory Board, and the Agricultural Development Council. New Climate Action Plan Adopted by Chester County Commissioners

October 14, 2021

The Chester County Board of Commissioners recently adopted the county's new Climate Action Plan with a goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by the year 2050. These efforts, and more, stemmed from various public outreach methods in addition to the county's original Greenhouse Gas Report from 2010. Learn more.
